Returns

You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. However, we do ask that you pay shipping costs for these returns. If the return results from our error, such as an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item and shipping costs.

Cancellation

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellation requests after the 24-hour period will not be refunded due to the strict nature of CBD payment processing.

Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method shortly after.
