Is it legal to ship hemp products?
es. Hemp-derived CBD is legal to ship via US Mail under the 2018 Farm Bill, provided products contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis.
What makes CBD/hemp legal?
To be federally legal, hemp-derived CBD must contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC — the threshold set by the 2018 Farm Bill. THC is the primary psychoactive compound found in cannabis.
Are your products legal in all 50 states?
